Mr. Lopez is a board-certified family nurse practitioner (FNP). He studied Health Education and Behavior at the University of Florida and Nursing at Barry University in Miami. He obtained a Master of Science in Nursing with an FNP specialization at Augusta University-Medical College of Georgia. He is bilingual, fluent in Spanish, and is passionate about providing health education to the Hispanic community.
Cynthia Giannetti, one of our Spanish-speaking providers, has a master’s degree in nursing from Felician College and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Lehman College. She is a certified diabetes educator (CDE) and a certified adult medicine nurse practitioner. Cynthia has more than 11 years of nursing experience in various health care settings. She is committed to patient-centered care. Her patients find her to be compassionate, empathetic and caring.
Mimi Areaya is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C). She is a preceptor for Nurse Practitioner students from Georgia State University and Walden University. She has received honorary clinical instructor certification from Walden University. After getting a Psychology associate degree from Georgia Perimeter College, she attended Columbus State University where she graduated with Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
She believes in quality of patient care, teaching patients about diagnose and treatment. Diagnosing and treating patients effectively and providing evidence –based medicine is the characteristics of her practice and career.
Mimi brings compassion, empathy, understanding, and honesty to each patient experience. Mimi is passionate about teaching each patient how to improve their health and how prevent other diseases.
